Taco Cowherd , formerly glorious as Here To Attend eating house group, is located in the ever lively happening place of Old Dominion Highlands. Although the location is still the selfsame, the name and most menu items are new and for the better! Owned by famous overcome chef, Tom Catherall himself, this upmarket eating place will non disappoint! IT is non your typical taco restaurant too and if you are looking for a great go out nighttime or a girls Night then this is the place to be!
Just a couple of weeks agone, I had the lovely pleasure of dining at the new restaurant with my food blogger friends Nicole at Probably Polka Dots and Malika with Atlanta Eating place Blog. I am here to share with you some mouth watering pictures and my awesome dining experience!
When you think of tacos you are probably non thinking of the kind I had…all uniquely prepared & simply middle scrumptious. With 11 different tacos happening the menu, you will recover something that will sure to delight! May I add, they even have Taco Tuesdays where whol tacos on the menu are just $2.95! You can't beat that!
Need something to quench your thirst? You can't have tacos without an ice cold margarita. If you get laid margaritas,who doesn't, then you will atomic number 4 happy to see IT served in your own personal twirler. Tom's Put up Margarita is non just any veritable margarita. Please drink responsibly.
But, if you are not hankering tacos, that's okay. They do offer early other amazing computer menu items like this fresh Ceviche, which is a popular dish in Mexico. yum yum
It pairs well with these Mexican Skirt Steak Fajitas cooked to perfection. I bet you seaport't had fajitas like this before? The most delicate skirt steak you will ever so put in your mouth, I own't gonna lie! Served with tasty and perfectly veteran peppers and onions.
In the mood for something more Southern only with a little twist? Try this Fried Chicken with Chipotle Mashed Potatoes topped with a delightful chili sauce. This isn't just whatsoever cooked chicken dinner party.
Have I got your sass watering in time?
…and my favorite dish of the nighttime was the BBQ Chromatic and Jalapeño Cheese Grits, topped with pico Diamond State gallo. If you are from the South look-alike me, I promise you will not find any better tasting grits than this! They are and so smooth, chromatic, and Ohio so tasty; not your grandma's kind of grits if you jazz what I mean.
Make confident to leave room for afters because I have saved the best for last. If you have a sweet tooth like me, which is practically everyday of the week, then you can't get out without trying the Pumpkin vine Cobbler & vanilla ice cream and drizzled with caramel on circus tent. Maybe you would like to order this pumpkin cobbler for your next Thanksgiving?!
But, if you are excessively full after altogether this, past may I advocate taking these Malus pumila Pie Tacos to go and having them for breakfast. You'll thank me.
Overall experience:
The atmosphere is very nice and intimate. The food was superb and the service was top snick! Information technology's now one of my new dearie restaurants in VA Highlands and I bathroom't wait to go back again presently. I put on five pounds in one night but hey, information technology was altogether worth IT!
